Tim Grivas, Steven Kent Miller and Gary Olson were friends who had an idea to start a non-profit LLC that would help songwriters record, produce and distribute their music, all at no cost to the artist, instead, funding for these services would come from grants and donations. It was from this concept that yodayoda LLC was born and established.
The idea was to create a club of songwriters and musicians who would pitch in to support one another, collaborate and record their songs. So, that is what we do; we manage the yodayoda collective, providing our members with a process for recording their music and getting it distributed into over 25 streaming services.
Our humble Music LAB is located in Dallas, Texas. At this time we have no staff, besides ourselves, and no funding. Everything is done on a pro-bono basis with the hopes of drawing funds from others who share our vision. We have just recently formed an LLC, but our overall goal is to become a non-profit entity and be able to continue providing this free service for our members. Our #1 focus is on the songwriter, and producing quality recordings of original songs.

For over 2 decades Tim specialized in Entertainment Lighting. During this period, it was necessary for Tim to Create soundtracks for his light shows. His award winning Soundtrack Light shows were a signature of his in the Lighting Industry. His experience producing multi tracked soundtracks ,
unknowingly, paved the way for his new found interest in Audio Engineering.

The Music LAB was born.
